Hunny's Story

Hunny is a 2 year old flame point female. She needed a lot of extra TLC, and has been with her foster about 1 year.

She had some serious skin issues, which we now know is due to food sensitivity. She is on a very specific prescription diet of both dry (Royal Canin Ultamino) and wet (Royal Canin Selected Protein PD) food. She also has gingivitis and needed one tooth pulled. But has healed really well. She is much more active now and loves to play with toys. Springs in the bathtub are her Favorite! She enjoys hiding in cabinets to get way from the chaos of people and other cats. She is now starting to come up on couches and the end of beds to be near her people. But isn’t yet a lap cat... with continued time and patience I think she could be. She has been around fosters cats as young as 8 weeks old and up to age 4. She is gentle with the babies and puts up with a lot. And enjoys playing with the older cats in the house now. She would do better in a house with older kids, and a little less chaos. I do feel she would love to have a cat sibling. She hasn’t been around dogs.

Adoption fee is $50. She is fixed, chipped, dewormed, flea treated, vaccinated, had a wellness exam and a free vet exam at Guardian Vet Care with in 60 days.
