Hugo and his brother Harry were surrendered along with their mother Hattie and they're all doing great in foster care.<br/><br/>Hugo is shy, but extremely playful when no one is looking!<br/><br/>He loves to run and hide in the crinkly tunnel, find toy mice, and chase after soft and jingly balls. Hugo has a triangular face just like his Mom, but he is a grey tabby and she's a Tuxie! We say Hugo is one to take everything in before going into a room, but he loves to explore and climb and play, just like a kitten should! Furry Tales Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Adopters must be 21+ years old. ALL members of the household must agree on the adoption. We do NOT allow adoptions to be surprises for others. Out of state adoptions are ALLOWED. We currently adopt to homes located in PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, WV, OH, CT, NH and NY. At this time we do not adopt out to homes who are over ~200-250 miles from Blue Bell, PA 19422, but may make exceptions on a case by case basis. Potential adopters must submit an initial application that will be followed up by a phone interview and home check. We call two personal non-family references that are to be listed on the application. If there are any current pets in the home we will call your veterinarian as well to ensure all pets are up to date on state required vaccines and are spayed/neutered (if applicable). If all goes well we have a detailed adoption contract that must be thoroughly read, completed, and signed by the adopter. Our process tends to move fairly QUICKLY and adoption can be as quick as just a few hours after submitting an application up to a week or more. We do NOT hold pets.
