Say hello to Howard!<br/>He came to rescue with his siblings, Penny and Leonard. <br/><br/>This sweet guy is a bundle of love! He has a strong purr and wants to be where the people are. <br/>He is incredibly playful and loves playing with his siblings (he would love to go home with one or both!)<br/><br/>He has done well in foster care with children and other cats, he hasn't had much opportunity to meet canines. All introductions to new housemates should be slow and proper to set everyone up for success.
