Hotdog's Story

Hotdog is a 2-year-old boy who has lived many lives in his short time on this earth. Initially living as a campground cat and surviving off of food scraps and hotdogs (hence his name), Hotdog found a real-life hero who rescued him before a major storm tore through camp. Although Hotdog adjusted well to indoor life, he decided he needs to be the only cat and is now looking for a forever home where he can be the only feline. Hotdog is a true lover and wants nothing more than to follow his people around the house and have them shower him with attention. He is very vocal and his chirps and meows brighten any room he is in. At two years old, he is still very playful but also mature enough to enjoy quiet time bird watching at his favorite window. Hotdog is a very social cat and would love to be around people as much as possible and is also reported to do well with dogs. Could Hotdog be the perfect addition to your home?

All of our cats and kittens are examined by a veterinarian, Feline Leukemia/FIV tested, vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP, dewormed for internal parasites, checked for external parasites, current on heartworm prevention/flea control, and have been spayed/neutered. Adoption fee is $120.

If you are interested in this sweetie, please fill out the adoption application on our website http://www.homewardboundwv.org

For more information, please email us at adopt@homewardboundwv.org

Thank you!
