An adopters routine and home environment is likely going to be different than that in their foster home. <br/><br/>Sometimes there is more that comes out about an animals personality once they have been able to settle in a home and truly become comfortable. There are great articles out there written about the different stages a pet goes through after adoption, discussing transitions that happen at 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. We highly recommend reading about this - it will help you understand the transition your new pet goes through.<br/><br/>Kittens need buddies! We require that kittens be adopted with a sibling or go to a home that already has another young companion animal. If you already have a young animal or another kitten in your home, great!<br/><br/>We do not do holiday adoptions as well as we require the cats to be adopted for indoor companions only (no outdoor living)<br/><br/>Our mission:<br/>The Marvellous Menagerie is a registered 501c3 and non-profit in the state of MN and is a growing neonatal kitten nursery, farm animal refuge and rescue for fur farm foxes. ?We are raising funds to buy a property. Every purchase will go toward the purchase of land, creation of enclosures, pastures and yards, a fully equipped kitten nursery and the health and happiness of all future residents.
