In fact, feline companionship is where she feels most comfortable. Humans, however, are still a little intimidating for her, so she will need a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time.

We believe Honey would thrive in a calm, quiet household with another friendly, confident cat to help her feel secure. She's not looking for a busy or high-energy environment, she's looking for peace, patience, and companionship.

Honey may not be the kind of cat who immediately jumps into your lap, but with time and understanding, she has the potential to blossom in a home that allows her to move at her own pace.

If you have a gentle home and a friendly feline looking for a companion, Honey just might be the perfect match.

For more information and instructions on how to apply, please visit https://thepetrefuge.org/adopt/ Completing an adoption application is always the first step.
