Honey Bun's Story

We are ready to start the search for Honey Bun’s forever!

She’s not ready to leave her babes just yet, but we would like to get the ball rolling. We’re hoping we can have a foster to adopt home lined up for when the time comes. This way she can hopefully dry up and have her spay/recovery and remaining vetting, all in the comfort of what will be her forever home.

Honey Bun was dumped with Sugar Bear in a small carrier, heavily pregnant. We believe they were backyard breeders that clearly didn’t see the worth in this beautiful soul. Their loss will be such a gain to whoever is lucky enough to adopt her.

Honey Bun is about 1 1/2 years old. We believe she’s a Scottish straight mix? She’s sweet as her name once she trusts you. She can still be a little shy but with some time to come around, she is the most loving kitty.

She would do best in a home with another cat to keep her company. Her foster mom says she’s a sensitive girl that can easily be bullied, so an easy going friendly cat or two would be her best match. She is currently in a foster home with balanced dogs with no problems! She could warm up to calmer kids too. Her foster mom does advocate for her, so as long as the same happens in her future home, she will adjust well!

We are looking for her perfect match. She deserves the best home with people willing to give her everything an angel like her could need and more. Those who have already applied will still be considered but I only have the ability to get back to those who we think will be her best match!

Apply??
www.saltyanimalrescue.com/adopt
