Honey's Story

Meet Honey, a beautiful young mama cat with the sweetest soul.

Honey is about 11⁄2 years old and has already been through quite an adventure. She wandered into our home very pregnant, and on Easter Sunday, she gave birth to her beautiful litter of kittens.

After raising her babies, Honey was finally able to focus on herself. Unfortunately, we discovered that she had suffered an unknown traumatic injury to her tail, and she ultimately needed to have her tail amputated. But losing her tail never changed Honey's personality — she is still the same incredibly sweet, loving girl she has always been.

Honey LOVES people. She wants to be wherever you are and would happily spend her entire day following her person around, curling up for a nap, and getting as many pets as possible. Her favorite place in the world is a lap with someone willing to give her lots of attention.

She is a professional napper, loves catnip, and is already an expert at using an automatic litter box. She is also wonderful for nail trims and brushing.

Honey is good with children, but she is not a fan of dogs. She would be happiest as the spoiled queen of a dog-free home where she can have her people all to herself.

Honey has been through so much and has given so much of herself as a mama. Now it is finally her turn to be someone's baby.

Honey is looking for a forever family who will give her the safe, loving, spoiled life she deserves.
