Holstein's Story

Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. The application process requires pre-adoption applications, references, and interviews with you and those listed on your application in order to ensure a successful placement. If you are interested in learning more about the pet listed, please complete an application at https://form.jotform.com/60793520585259 and a representative will be in touch!

**The email used for listings is not actively monitored and inquiries made through these ads will not receive a reply.

Holstein came to DunRoamin' on November 14, 2023 from the Florenceville area, another of a group of cats residing in a colony that we are trying to help. As their numbers grown, more may become sick and/or injured, so we hope that we can spay/neuter as many as possible and help the ones who are already sick/injured to become healthy and move on to a life as a beloved family member.

Holstein is a very nice little boy. He is a bit nervous, but is rapidly coming to understand that he is safe, warm and that food, love and medical care will now always be available to him - something he has never experienced in his short life. Holstein was born about May 16, 2023. He had a nasal discharge, worms and upper respiratory infection which requires antibiotics to cure. We are doing our very best to make this little boy healthy again so that he may eventually join a family who will love and care for him for the rest of his life. Stay tuned for more info as we get to know him better.
