Holly's Story
~Meet Holly!~

Holly is a stunning calico beauty believed to be just under a year old. She came to us through our TNR program after being trapped with several other cats at MTSU. At first, it was thought that Holly might be pregnant, so she was brought into one of our wonderful foster homes for care and an exam. Thankfully, she was found not to be pregnant—and still just a young girl herself.

Because Holly spent her early life outdoors, she is still learning that people can be kind and safe. She’s currently working on her socialization and has already made sweet progress. She’s beginning to enjoy the company of other cats and kittens and is discovering how fun playtime can be—possibly for the very first time.

Holly can be shy and fearful of people, but when she’s feeling brave, her gentle side shines through. In those quiet moments, she’ll snuggle in and reward you with soft purrs. Other times, she may prefer to observe from a safe hiding spot while she builds confidence at her own pace.

Holly would do best in a calm, patient home with a friendly, social cat or kitten who can help guide her and show her the ropes. An understanding adopter who’s willing to give her time, space, and love will be rewarded as Holly continues to learn that the world—and people—aren’t so scary after all.

If you believe in second chances and have the heart to help a shy kitty blossom, Holly may be the perfect match for you.

If you are interested in meeting her, please complete the form at this link, and someone will contact you soon:
https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/RCCR/Cat
