Our newest rescue is a tough little guy with a matching spirit — missing a foot, brave, and loving.<br/><br/>Hiccup was spotted hobbling along the side of a busy road, and despite already being ear-tipped (meaning someone had TNRed him), we just couldn’t bring ourselves to release him back outside.<br/><br/>Hiccup has quickly come around - he came in nervous and a bit spicy but within days he warmed up and became so loving. He gets startled still if you come in the room quickly but will love on you once you get down to his level and approach him calmly.<br/><br/>He LOVES other animals - he immediately goes up to them and rubs his face on them, including dogs, cats, and even ferrets. home checks are a must all adults of the household must sign a contract agreeing to the adoption background checks no de clawing or putting outside vet references if family can not care for animal it comes back to rescue a medical contract so if they cant afford medical it comes back to rescue meeting and talking with adopters to make sure their household environment matches the animal they want to adopt
