HERSHEY's Story

HERSHEY - A resilient, raccoon-walking goofball with a heart full of love!
D.O.B. 01/01/2025

- Male
- Brown Tabby
- Domestic Short Hair
- Neutered
- Microchipped & Dewormed
- FIV/FeLV Negative
- Vaccinated for Rabies & FVRCP (at appropriate age and weight; if adopted before this, vaccines are adopters responsibility)

Hershey's journey is a true story of resilience! Found under a deck during the cold wintertime, Hershey had suffered two broken back legs from being hit by a car. After months of rehab and two major orthopedic surgeries, this brave boy is fully healed up and ready for his forever home! Though one leg ended up slightly shorter than the other (meaning he sits with one leg sticking out and walks with a hilariously cute, raccoon-like waddle), he is completely unstoppable now!

Speaking of raccoons, Hershey is an absolute "trash panda" at heart. He is endlessly curious and loves getting into everything, especially garbage cans and bags of chips. He's incredibly enthusiastic about wet food and treats, so much so that you'll want to keep an eye on your fingers when snack time rolls around! Hershey is tremendously playful, with a special love for chasing after wand toys and going to town rabbit-kicking large catnip kickers. Hershey loves other cats and does wonderfully with children, but he'll need a dog-free home because dogs are just too scary for him.

When he isn't busy being a silly mischievous boy, Hershey is the ultimate cuddle partner! He loves to sleep on the pillow right beside your head at night, or to burrow completely under the blankets to snuggle up next to you. Hershey is a one-of-a-kind survivor with endless love, character, and affection to offer to the right family. Please fill out an adoption application for this resilient, lovable boy today!
