She has had a rabies vaccination in the past. I am willing to get her a rabies shot before adoption. She is spayed too.

Animals story: (where found and reason for wanting to rehome): I got Hermosa in 2019. She is a sweet, but shy kitty. When it was just me and my one, sweet and calm chihuahua, She socialized with us.
Now I have a live in boyfriend and a second dog. Both of them are good and kind to Hermosa, but for reasons unknown she just isn’t having it. She lives in the closet and only comes out in the night to eat and Bathroom. We can visit her in the closet, so she is still friendly and craves attention.
I want a new home for her where she can thrive and be social and happy again.

Personality (shy, social, likes to be held, lap cat? Likes or dislikes): She shy, but loving. She will do very well in a home with one person and possibly one other pet. She just a sweet girl.
Any Supplies that go with pet (food, litter, leash, cat box, bedding, toys):I’ll send you with everything cat related I have. Cat box -food -litter -scoop and get items .
Here is a video on YouTube
(Copy and paste into your browser)

https://youtube.com/shorts/2YldH8EV_mE?is=CFS40Sbf1kmEJFqC

What food is the cat eating (dry only, dry and wet): She eats IAMS indoor cat dry food. I am only just learning that cats need wet food, so I will begin to incorporate that now. Hopefully in new home she will get wet food too.

:::::::::::Please know that cats need canned wet food given DAILY. Why? Because cats have a low thirst drive and actually NEED the moisture from the wet food! Wet food is 75 % water (dry FOOD only 10%) and giving them wet food daily will help them avoid Urinary tract issues (which can lead to litter box avoidance), kidney disease, obesity issues linked to diabetes and cardiac issues. You will save on vet bills too! Limit the overly processed dry food and ensure cat eats all the wet food daily. At the VERY minimum each cat should get one 3oz. can of wet food a day or HALF of a 5.5oz. can a day (although we recommend double this).

:::::::::::: More info here: FurryNationSalvation.Org/wetfood

IF YOU WANT TO ADOPT
:1) Please show up with a cat carrier
2) Small adoption fee of: $10
3) I will call/text one month from adoption day just to make sure everything is going well
4)) Please show up with your Driver's License
.5) Information sheet will be filled out (your information as well as mine)
*Please know, that when you bring your newly adopted cat or kitten home, it is always BEST to place him/her in a very small room (bathroom works great) with their litter box, food, water, and bed for a few days to a few weeks. This way the animal can adjust much quicker and get acclimated to the new environment with less stress. All cats/kittens need time to adjust, so if you adopt please allow this. Thank you.

Call/text me if interested in this kitty: Lynn (863)660-1558
