Hera's Story

You’ll thank the heavens for Hera, a sweet and playful two-year-old tuxedo cat.

A devoted mama, Hera is gentle and loving with both her kittens and her humans. She’s always eager to greet her people and enjoys being held. While she prefers to sit right beside you rather than on your lap, she has serious FOMO and hates being left behind a closed door — she wants to be part of everything, always!

With proper introductions, Hera may do well with other cats, but she would also thrive as an “only” so she can soak up all the love and attention. Friendly and affectionate, she would be a wonderful companion for a home with children.

Invite this little goddess into your home, and she’s sure to rule your heart.

Interested in adopting Hera? Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch! Kittens are adorable, but older cats can be wonderful pets as well and they tend to be overlooked, so please consider adopting an adult cat or two!

The Cat Connection is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)organization of volunteers who rescue homeless cats.
