Henry's Story

Hi, my name is Henry! I was born August 8, 2023 and I’m a big, lovable, neutered boy with a heart as soft as my fur. I recently survived a devastating house fire, which sadly left my owner unable to rebuild. I was scared and just started running, wandering outside until a very kind soul rescued me. Even though I’ve been through some tough times, I’ve never stopped being a loving and gentle sweetheart. I crave snuggles, adore being petted, and will happily nuzzle your legs just to say, “I love you!” Bring out a few toys and you’ll see my inner kitten bounce right back—playtime is the best part of my day! I’m a total foodie and would be happiest as your only furbaby. I’m fully vaccinated and currently safe in foster care, but what I really dream about is being with my own loving furever family. You should know I’m FIV positive, but please don’t worry! It just means my immune system needs a little extra TLC, and with good care, I can live a long, happy life full of cuddles and purrs. My wonderful foster family is happy to answer any questions you might have about me. Because of all I’ve been through, I have learned the value of kindness, affection and second chances. If you give me a chance I will cherish every cuddle, hug and treat you give me and return the love and cuddles to you 100 times over.
