Hen's Story

Hen came into the shelter as a new mother and did an excellent job raising her four kittens. Now it's her turn to find the forever home that she deserves. She is the perfect mix of independent and affectionate--she is a calm and quiet cat who is happy to snooze from a high perch, but also loves receiving head scratches and pets. She would do best in a home where she is the only cat or with another laid back kitty.,

The above was written prior to Hen coming into the shelter by her foster mom. One of our volunteers did adopt her however sadly her cat was too stressed out at having another kitty in the house but the following is what she wrote about Hen

Once Hen had adjusted to her new home Tabitha (Hen) was incredibly devoted and affectionate. She is a smart girl and prefers not to be picked up but she would follow me from room to room and always wanted to be by my side. Anyone would be fortunate to have her in their life. I miss her every day
Tabitha (Hen) also loved playing with her toys and would be quiet active while playing with them.

Hen is approximately 3-4 years old, current on her vaccinations.
