Hen a.k.a Boss Mom's Story

Hen also know as The Boss was a wonderful mom to her kittens. Her foster mom said at first she was quiet and a little opinionated but once she settled in she was very sweet, playful. "She just needed time". Hen is now back at the shelter after getting so comfortable in her previous home and having to settle in all over again. She is a little confused as to why she is back at the shelter. Shelter life is a little too stressful for her and she is not getting the one on one time that she needs to make her personality shine once again. She loves to be out of her "apartment" and her favorite spot to perch is on one of our towers so she can see the happenings inside of the shelter from her view point. Hen is getting more and more comfortable at the shelter and will come up for pets when she is in the need of a head scratch. We will even see her play with the younger cats briefly when she does not think we are looking. Hen would be fine in a home with another laid back kitty. We are looking for a home that can give her that one on one time and give her the time to settle in. If you think you can provide Hen with the loving home that she is soooo deserving of fill out an application at marblehead-animal-shelter.org<br/>Lic. to operate 0274
