Hemingway

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hemingway is a little over 4 years old as of June 17, 2026. He was adopted at 10 months and lost his home, through no fault of his own, on 6/15/26, and surrendered to an open intake facility when his adopter moved to a home that would not allow pets. He is just the sweetest boy! And so cute with his extra toes and large paws. He's a big boy now and absolutely stunning and unique. Here was his description at the time he was adopted in 2023; it hasn't changed except for his size: Hemingway is about 10 months old as of March 2023. Just check out his magnificent paws! He's a polydactyl kitty who also has a mild case of cerebellar hypoplasia (https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/cerebellar-hypoplasia-in-cats). He's just the teensiest bit wobbly in his back end. The combination of huge paws, a little wobble, and charming personality is simply irresistible! He's amazing with all ages, so he'd be the perfect family cat. apply now at safehousepets.org
