Helena's Story

We are looking for one last special home for this beautiful, loving gal - and a special person. Beautiful Helena was rescued from a public shelter just as she was about to be euthanized. She has chronic kidney disease and some bowel issues that cause recurrent diarrhea. We have worked closely with a vet clinic to provide her with digestive support, supplements, medication and special food. To keep her comfortable and hydrated, she does need daily subcutaneous fluid administration and medication. Wanting only a soft touch and a willing lap, Helena will reward you with her gentle, loving appreciation. Like we said, she needs a special person with the dedication and skill to support her in this last chapter of her life.
