Hector has a thick coat that, upon arrival, had some mild matting and will likely need to be occasionally brushed. <br/><br/>Hector was dumped at PAC in a dog crate with seven other cats. They were dumped at night, in below freezing temperatures, with only a thin fitted sheet to protect them from the elements. <br/><br/>Hector is a curious, friendly, affectionate cat that enjoys investigating his surroundings. He seems to adjust well when in a new environment or when moved to a new kennel. Hector enjoys to be held and pet. He enjoys watching the other cats and will stick his paws through the kennels to try to play with them.
