Heather Lydia's Story
My name is Heather Lydia. I am a resilient and sweet girl. Transitioning from colony to front room is a huge feat. I am working hard to trust my new world. I am a beautiful "Tabico" (Tabby/Calico mix) who is discovering that life is much better when you don't have to worry where your next meal is coming from. I am currently in "student mode"- learning that humans are for loving and toys are for playing.<br/>While sudden movements can still be a little startling (I may give a tiny hiss just to say, you scared me!"), I am a true sweetheart at heart. I love other cats, especially my colony mate Jesse Cat. I would enjoy a quiet, predictable home. I can be a little nervous at first, but I promise I'm worth the wait! If I can be this sweet with everything I've gone through, image how much love I'll have to give once I am truly home. Do you have a quiet corner and a patient heart for me?
