Hazel's Story
Meet Hazel, a beautiful, gentle, and easy-going young lady who is just 1 year old and ready to retire from motherhood after raising seven beautiful kittens! Now that her duties are done, Hazel is eager to get back to being a carefree young kitty herself in a loving forever home. Hazel is incredibly adaptable and easy-going but understandably needs a little time to warm up to new people and surroundings. She has a quiet, soft meow and a sweet, independent nature--she won't demand constant attention but loves to be scratched gently behind the ears! Hazel is a playful girl who enjoys batting around catnip toys and chasing the feather on a fishing pole. Because she is so easy-going, she could thrive as your one and only companion, or she would happily share her home with another friendly pet after a slow introduction. While she is relaxed around other animals, she is a little shy at first, so we recommend a slow, gentle introduction to any resident cats or dogs. If you have children, we recommend they be over 5 years old and know how to be gentle with their new feline friend. Hazel is a wonderful girl who promises to bring easy comfort and quiet love to her new family! Hazel's adoption fee is $225.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats.
