He was trapped in Santa Monica in November 2025 and initially presented as feral. At just two pounds, it was clear he needed help, safety, and a chance to grow up cared for rather than left to fend for himself.<br/><br/>Thanks to many caring folks coming together, a little patience, and lots of love, Harvey made wonderful progress. He is friendly with people, enjoys the company of other cats, and settled into life at our little shelter beautifully. Because he lived alone early on, he can play a bit rough, but he responds well to feedback from his feline roommates and continues to learn appropriate play manners.<br/><br/>Harvey takes a little time to warm up in new environments and with new people, which is completely understandable given his early start. Once comfortable, his personality shines. He is playful, expressive, and known for adorable chirps when he plays with certain toys. When he is not in full play mode, Harvey enjoys being held like a baby and leans right in for cuddles.<br/><br/>Harvey is a sweet, curious, and affectionate little man who is ready to keep building confidence in a loving home that understands his gentle transition from feral beginnings to family life.
