She has a melodic meow that she uses often when she wants attention - and she LOVES attention! Harper gives gentle little kisses too. She has a lot of personality all packed into her petite kitty frame. She want to be the top kitty so, while she gets along with most cats, she doesn't like to be challenged for the throne.
