Harissa's Story

Harissa joined us in July of 2025 as an owner surrender due to inappropriate urination in the home. Unfortunately, we have seen that same behavior in the shelter with urine and feces. She is in our Dietary and Diabetic Darlings to be on a urinary friendly diet and so far, so good.

Initially, she has a lot of opinions about humans and other cats. Over time with, her opinions about humans are favorable. Her opinion of other cats, leaves room for improvement. She's perfect in every way. She's found a shelf where she can make sure she's noticed and when you reach up for her, she talks to you and gives you all the headbutts.

Could you be the one who gives her another chance?
