Hana & Kiki's Story

Kiki and her sister, Hana, are gentle cats who were rescued from a bad hoarder situation so they may want to hang out in a safe spot at first to check things out in a new place, but a few treats and some play toys will have them by your side soon.

Kiki is a beautiful black cat with bright eyes and a white heart-shaped patch on her chest. She really loves to play and will chase a jingle toy attached to a wand or a laser pointer for as long as you'll move it around the room for me while she keeps you entertained with her jumps and flips. After playtime is done, Kiki will come over for pets and purrs while eating some treats out of your hand.

Hana is also a beautiful black cat with soulful eyes. Hana is particularly motivated by treats, especially those delicious squeeze tube Churu wet treats! Entice her over with a Churu treat, and she will hover around you looking for affection and a head rub. Hana also goes crazy for the laser pointer toy and will zip around the room trying to catch that elusive little red dot! She does sometimes get startled by sudden moves or unexpected noises so might not be a great fit with small children or dogs, but she never hostile— might just zip away for a minute and then come right back again.
Hana would thrive in a quiet home with patient adopters who understand that the best friendships are the ones that take time to grow as she blossoms into a loving, loyal companion who trusts deeply once she feel safe.

Hana and Kiki are sisters and a bonded pair. Because of their tough beginnings, we are requiring that they be adopted together. If you have room in your heart for two shy, but sweet, girls, please reach out to Feline Lifeline and make an appointment to meet us!
