HALSEY's Story

I came to the shelter with my three siblings, Jessie Jo, Dominic, and Yungblud. I can be a bit unsure of people I'm unfamiliar with, but even so, I warm up to you very quickly, and you'll always catch me purring happily! I'm frequently told that I'm a very pretty kitty, so I'm a little confused why no one ever seems to pick me.
