Hi, my name is Gypsy. I'm 6 1/2 years old and I came to the shelter on 9/3/26 as an owner surrender. So far, my stay at the shelter has been pretty quiet. I like to hide in my hide bed as it makes me feel more comfortable while I still get adjusted. I don't think I'm going to have a hard time adjusting I think it just might take time. Ive become very lovey with the staff here. They think it's so cute when I nuzzle my head in their arms! I would love to spend as less time at the shelter as possible, so if you're looking for a new best friend, I would love for you to come meet me!

To that end, we have created a thorough adoption process which helps us achieve this goal. This process includes a check of veterinary history records on any pets you currently have, and a home visit. If you rent your home, we require written proof (letter or lease) from your landlord that you are allowed to have pets. We undertake this kind of thorough review to ensure that animals who have already been discarded at least once will never have to experience this again.
