Meet Gwen, a beautiful 9-year-old calico girl with a lot of heart and a little bit of sass. She spent her entire life with one owner and is looking for a loving home to care for her in her golden years.<br/><br/>Gwen’s previous person made the difficult decision to rehome her after Gwen was stepped on and lashed out. Gwen is declawed and sometimes uses her teeth to express herself. Like most cats, she has strong opinions about what she likes and dislikes! For example, you might get a hand nibble if you ignore her requests for head scratches. Or, she sometimes gets a little overexcited and might let you know it with a quick nip.<br/><br/>We know she needs someone who understands feline body language and can respect her boundaries.<br/><br/>Gwen has asthma, but it’s well managed. She always uses the litterbox, loves to look out the window and take naps cozied up in a blanket. She’s usually only chatty when her bowl is empty!<br/><br/>Gwen is mostly sweet and affectionate. She’s a social gal who prefers to be in the company of her humans. Overall she’s easygoing and looking for a loving person to respect and spoil her.
