Guy's Story

He's not just any guy; he's THE Guy (pronounced Gee)!

He's a dashing, all-black cat with one canine tooth that hangs over like a vampire. Oh, and he was born without a tail! He's outgoing and playful, easily getting along with cats or dogs. When he's playing and especially proud of himself, he lets out a precious little meow.

This silly bean of a boy is 7 years young! He was initially rescued from Nashville Animal Control in Tennessee, but until recently, he lived in a home with multiple other animals and his pet-loving owner. He was surrendered to Tiny Cat Animal Rescue at the end of October when she entered hospice for a terminal illness.

Guy would love to join your crew-whether it's with existing resident cats, dogs, or along with one of his siblings Jules or Robespierre!

Tiny Cat Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Our adoption policies put each cat’s welfare first while keeping the process fair and accessible (we do not discriminate based on income). Prospective adopters must demonstrate that their home and lifestyle are appropriate for a cat and confirm that all household members support the adoption, no one intends to declaw, and no one has a history of animal cruelty. Adopters are approved and matched with cats based on fit, not on a “first come, first served” basis. Kittens are adopted in pairs or into homes with other playful, social cats to support healthy development. Approved adopters may participate in meet-and-greets and, when appropriate, foster-to-adopt. Our adoption contract requires indoor-only homes, appropriate veterinary care, and maintaining microchip registration; it prohibits rehoming and requires cats be returned to TCAR if placement fails. We retain the right to intervene if a cat’s welfare is at risk (in our sole discretion) and remain a resource after adoption.
