Gus's Story
Gus is a lovely, gentlemanly, affectionate cat. His previous guardian relinquished him to his present foster caregiver.

Gus is fond of Squeaky, and they spend much of their time together. As Squeaky matures, she's becoming more self-sufficient, but they are still good buddies. Gus also spends limited time with the other cats in the household who live downstairs. These are generally friendly visits, but if one of the other cats provokes him, the truce is off, and it's time for Gus to head back upstairs to his peaceful foster digs.

As you see from the photo above, Gus likes hanging out and working out on his cat tree, and it is thus well used. His litter box habits are impeccable.

Gus is looking for a home where he has lots of playtime, shared lap time, and where he will be appreciated for the fine cat he is. He may get along with another mellow, cat-friendly feline, like Squeaky, and he would be happy as an only cat as well, as long as he has plenty of attention from his humans.

*Male
*Gray/Blue and White, Domestic Shorthair
*Born 9/19/2018
*Adoption Fee: $75

Contact: Jeri at cats@nmaf.org or (505)350-7463.

Adoption Clinic Location: Petco - San Mateo & Academy, Saturdays, 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Please visit our website at www.nmaf.org for more information.
