Meet Guppie. She is almost 4 months old. Her and Joseph are being fostered together and they are best friends. Guppie was brought to us from our partners at Cecil County Animal Services. Guppie is a very active, very curious girl. She has an independent streak and keeps herself entertained but when she's ready to play, she loves playing and tumbling around with Joey. They are always together playing and sometimes causing trouble!<br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting Guppie or another one of our animals, please submit the application below and submit the $5 application fee.
