Once he warms up, he becomes incredibly affectionate and will happily follow you around your place, always choosing the coziest spot right by your side. He’s not much of a toy chaser YET, but what he lacks in playtime he more than makes up for in love. Guido absolutely adores wet food — so much so that he’ll stand on his back legs to supervise meal prep and make sure you’re doing it correctly! It’s one of his most charming (and hilarious) traits. His favorite activity is getting pets. He’ll gently push his head into your hand to ask for more and will patiently soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. He’s calm, loving, and ready to bond deeply with someone looking for a loyal companion. Guido's history is unknown, therefore we cannot endorse his placement in a home with children, dogs, or another cat. If you’re searching for a devoted, gentle cat who will be your constant sidekick and cuddle buddy, Guido might just be your perfect match. You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash). NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility. Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. Laurel Cats's Adoption Policy

Since Laurel Cats is primarily a spay and neuter group rather than a rescue with a shelter, the cats that we have for adoption are living at the homes of our volunteers. Please contact us and we will gladly put you in touch with the volunteers caring for these cats. Finding volunteer foster space is challenging, and once a cat or kitten is ready for adoption we are naturally keen to free up the space in order to help more cats and kittens in need. We therefore ask that you only apply to adopt one of our cats or kittens if you are in a position to take them immediately, subject to a home check.
