He was drenched to the bone, soaked and shivering, and had cried so desperately for help that he lost his voice. When rescuers found him, he was silent, but his eyes said everything. Thanks to their compassion and quick action, Rudolf was finally safe and began his journey toward healing.<br/><br/>Rudolf is living with one of our fosters, and he's awaiting his forever home.
