He tolerates dogs and would do best with older, cat-savvy kids who understand that he needs time to feel safe.<br/><br/>Grump is fully litter trained and prefers minimal handling while he builds trust. A quiet, patient home will help him blossom. Twin Cities Pet Rescue provides its foster families with food, supplies, and veterinary care for its animals.
