Gronk's Story

Meet Gronk
GRONK needs a very special adopter because he's not your average cat. In fact, he doesn't consider himself to be a cat at all! Even though he has a weakness for treats (don't we all?) and will chase toys around the room, he considers himself your equal (maybe a little MORE than equal, to be honest). He prefers your company to any other, and does not like other cats or dogs. He wants to be your one and only because, well, he deserves it. So if you need a supervisor while you're working or doing just about anything, Gronk is your guy. He's currently surrounded by other felines where he's staying and is not at all pleased by this, so he's looking for an adopter (or even possibly a foster to start out with) that has no other animal companions and who wants to hang out with a confident, opinionated, thoroughly entertaining DUDE. Please help Gronk find a worthy companion - either an adopter or a foster home!

Gronk has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (negative), neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. The $100 adoption fee allows us to continue to help other cats in need. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network's Adoption Policy
Adopt: How To Adopt Thank you for considering adoption of a homeless companion animal from Cat Rescue & Adoption Network. Our goal is to help you find a cat that suits your household, lifestyle and personality. You should begin by viewing our available homeless companions on this website. All of our cats are located either in one of our adoption centers or a foster home. If you are in the neighborhood, you are more than welcome to drop by one of our adoption centers to view available animals. Our adoption centers are located in both PetSmart stores, and Wags! Dog Emporium. Feel free to call us at 541-225-4955 (option 1 for cats) and leave us your contact information and which specific companion animal or general animal type you are interested in and we’ll arrange to have you meet your potential new friend. The adoption fee includes: - Spay or neuter - Microchip - Cats and kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS FVRCP (upper respiratory/distemper) vaccine - Rabies vaccine - Checked and treated for ear mites if necessary - Free initial vet exam visit (with participating veterinary clinics) CRAN provides superb care for the animals in our shelters and foster homes and makes a reasonable effort to provide healthy companion animals to adopters, but nevertheless, CRAN cannot be responsible for veterinary bills or treatment of an animal after leaving our shelter. Adoption Fees: Kittens (6 months and under) $ 175 Young cats (7 months - 2 yr.) $ 155 Adults (3 - 9 yrs. $100 Senior or Special needs cat $70 Multi-Cat Discount Any two cats adopted at the same time - $30 Discount off Total fees Any three cats adopted at the same time - $60 Discount off Total fees Adoption fees for individual cats can vary. Bonded Pairs Occasionally we receive cats who arrive together and are bonded to each other. In these cases, we may designate the cats as a bonded pair, and we will try to adopt them together. The adoption fee is lowered in these cases, in the interest of finding the cats a loving home. If they have not been adopted together after a lengthy period of time, they may be allowed to be adopted separately. CRAN reserves the right to approve all adoptions as we are committed to the welfare of the animals in our care. You must be 21 yrs old to be considered for adoption
