Meet Greyson
Greyson is a beautiful soul, he came to us very broken physically, but not in spirit.
We and neither of our vet will ever know what happened to him.
When Greyson was found by a friend of HPR, he had a ton of broken bones. We do not know if this happen to him due to an accident of man made abuse.
We have taken Greyson to VSS to see doctor Hay and he was seen by 3 other surgeon and also our org neurologist.
One of the surgeon want it to amputate the left leg, but since both of his front legs have disabilities, amputating the left leg is not a possibility for him.
Doctor Hay the surgeon at VSS said that we should leave Greyson as he, as he believe Greyson has adapted to live his disability. He can perform a kind of surgery that he has never done on cats, attempted, but he said the surgery within itself can leave Grey yet more cripple.
So taking all this into consideration, we have taken the advise of one of the top surgeons in the country and leave Grey be happy and health and well he just has a limp but he is not in any pain and he does quite well getting around.
Greyson needs a quiet home, with no children.
He is an amazing super loving kitty so deserving to have a home of his own. Take a change and give this disable kitty a forever home. He is just awesome.
Sadly he is also FIV + which is really no big deal, FIV cats do very well and can live very long lives, indoors and with good care.
He is only 5 years old.
We love him Greyson is the best and he deserves all the happiness in the world.
