Grayson's Story

Meet Grayson - a sweet and silly goofball with loads of personality. He was rescued from a feral colony by a very kind lady when he was just a baby. At that time, he was very sick with an upper respiratory infection and despite this, the vet that he was taken to gave him vaccinations which just made the problem worse. After months of various treatments including sinus flushes, an URI PCR panel and lots of different antibiotics, Grayson is FINALLY ready for adoption! He will likely have long-term sinus issues (sneezing/congestion) due to permanent damage that he sustained to his nasal cavities, but it doesn't slow him down one bit. This boy loves to run and play and is always entertaining me with his funny antics. He's a big love bug and enjoys having his tummy rubbed. However, he can be a bit shy and timid initially until he gets to know you and settles in to his new surroundings. Grayson LOVES other cats and must not be an only kitty. He and his best friend, Persephone, would love to be adopted together when she's ready for adoption (August). He would probably do fine with a cat-friendly dog, but older kids are preferred since he does startle easily with lots of noise and activity. Grayson is on the smaller side and has the cutest round face and big green eyes. His fur is very soft and feels like cashmere. Grayson is neutered, current on vaccinations, chipped and negative for FeLV/FIV - DOB 5/16/2022 (tag 13425JB).
