Amazing Grayce...<br/><br/>How sweet the meow! With her bright eyes and mischievous little smile, Grayce is ready for her fur-ever home.<br/><br/>ABOUT GRAYCE<br/>- At shelter<br/>- Grayce is a very curious kitty, and she enjoys observing visitors to the kennel.<br/>- She may sniff you out before she allows you to pet her or give her treats. Its just her way of getting to know you.<br/>- Once she is comfortable with you, you will quickly learn how playful and fun-loving Grayce is. She absolutely adores chasing her spring toys around in her kennel and loves to swat at the wand toy.<br/>- She loves Churu tube treats and will happily approach you if they are offered. Shes also gotten better at sharing them and will patiently wait her turn. Shes very polite!<br/>- Grayce loves to cozy up inside her cubby, especially with her dear friend, Argenta. Grayce will purr contentedly and loudly when curled up with Argenta.<br/>- She can be easily startled by sudden movements or loud noises. Slow and steady is the best approach to this girl. <br/>- Grayce is a skittish cat who has had minimal experience with humans. - Grayce is currently enrolled in EHSs socialization program, where dedicated volunteers are working to help her become more comfortable around people. <br/>- Grayce is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.<br/><br/>GRAYCES IDEAL HOME<br/>- A skittish cat like Grayce will fare best in a calm, quiet environment, preferably without small children. <br/>- Grayce loves to gobble down her food quickly, so she would benefit from having a lick mat for feeding.<br/>- She is a highly social cat who loves to cuddle and play with her friends. It is important that Grayce either go to a home where there is already a feline-friendly cat in residence, or be adopted with one of her siblings or another compatible EHS cat.<br/>- We are unsure if Grayce is good with dogs or other animals.<br/>- She is an expert catnapper and would appreciate a cozy cat tree or sunny space to sleep and relax in her home.<br/>- Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help Grayce settle into her new environment. EHS will provide post-adoption support to assist Grayce with a successful transition to her forever home.<br/><br/>Grayce may take a bit of time to warm up to a new environment, but once shes comfortable, she is the sweetest little friend and companion.
