Granny's Story

Granny is a 4 year old female, polydactyl kitty. She was raised as a single bottle baby and is used to being spoiled. She was in a loving home for 3 years but was returned to 4 Paws because her owner had to go into assisted living. Granny is back at the shelter and stressed from being around other cats, so sometimes her best personality doesn't shine through. When she's stressed, she can whack and bite. But we know that in a home with NO cats, dogs, or children she will feel like her old self again. She is VERY playful, loves to chat, and rubs against your legs for attention. How to adopt: because adopting a cat or kitten, or any other pet, is a serious decision, Sun Cities 4 Paws has a team of adoption counselors trained to assist you with finding a feline companion that is likely to be a good fit for your household. They will help you get to know the cats and kittens for adoption, answer questions, and provide information about cat behavior and care. To adopt a cat or kitten: Meet the cats and kittens in-person Allow at least an hour for your visit Meet with an adoption counselor, fill out and sign adoption contract Children under 16 must be accompanied by adult Must be 18 years or older and provide proof of residence Check your lease or renter’s policies prior to visiting Sun Cities 4 Paws Sun Cities 4 Paws reserves the right to refuse an adoption
