EVERYBODY LOVES GRANDPA!<br/><br/>Y'all have never met a cat like this. Grandpa has had a rough start to his life after living outside at a trailer park for his first 5-8 years. Grandpa has *never* met a stranger.<br/><br/>After getting Grandpa into tip top shape he is ready to find his forever! Grandpa may be a little crusty but we don't blame him for it, he's had a rough start to life. Don't get us wrong, though, this crusty boy does NOT have a crusty personality.<br/><br/>Grandpa is sweet, spunky, HILARIOUS, loving, and a little bit of a weirdo. He is truly a special, special, special cat. Grandpa has so much love to give and is a lap cat 100000000%. Reading a book? Lap. Playing a game? Lap. Working from home? Lap. If he's not on your lap he's likely perching in the window soaking up the sunshine. The funny thing is, though, Grandpa IS sunshine in every way.<br/><br/>Grandpa is special and Grandpa has needs but we wouldn't put him in the category of a special needs cat. Grandpa gets daily meds for his hyperthyroidism and is on specific wet food to help keep his kidneys healthy. Grandpa also receives another pill 2x a week. He takes his meds like a champ mixed into a treat or his wet food.<br/><br/>Thanks to a life on the streets, Grandpa is FIV+ but this just means rather than a yearly exam with the vet he'll need to go twice a year. FIV requires no additional maintenance or support and we're happy to tell you everything you need to know!
