Estimated to be around 10 years old, this sweet boy was rescued from a busy road in Jersey City, NJ, and saved from euthanasia thanks to the caring folks at JC Cat Watch.<br/><br/>Despite his tough start, Grandpa Kennedy’s spirit is unstoppable! He walks with a little limp from early arthritis — but don’t be fooled, nothing slows him down. He still loves to play, soak up affection, and of course, indulge in his favorite treat: Temptations!<br/><br/>Grandpa Kennedy is in the early stages of kidney disease, which is being managed with subcutaneous fluids, and he’s feeling great. He has lots of love and life left to give — all he needs is that one special human willing to open their heart and home.<br/><br/>He’s FIV-positive, but that just means he’s a tough guy with extra charm! Kittens must be adopted in pairs or into a home with an existing pet. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT ASK. CAP feels strongly about kittens having a lifetime pet companion. Cat Adoption Donation is $175 per cat/kitten. We graciously accept more. Includes: Spay/neuter 3 series of distemper vaccine Testing FeLV (feline leuk emia) and FIV (feline FIV) Deworming (parasites) Flea treatment Rabies vaccine Microchip And anything else that is necessary!! We are the only rescue group in the area that does this much medical with the lowest fee. Fee can be paid directly on our website www.companionanimalplacement.org The first step to the adoption process is to completed the adoption application. Follow directions below. Once reviewed, we will schedule a meet and greet. Do not submit an interest inquiry without a completed application, as it will delay the process. ADOPTION APPLICATION: can be found on our website.
