GOOSE's Story

Goose is ready to find her forever home!

Goose is a gentle, sensitive girl with the sweetest soul once she feels safe. She came to us from a very overcrowded living situation where she spent much of her life overwhelmed and unsure of the world around her. When Goose first arrived, she was very frightened, but it didn’t take long for her to realize she was finally safe. Within days, her soft personality began to shine through.

Now, Goose absolutely loves being pet, enjoys treats, catnip toys, and wand toys. She loves her soft bed, and looking out the window. She has a quiet, tender-hearted nature that makes earning her trust feel incredibly special.

Goose is estimated to be around 3 years old. She is spayed, vaccinated, and finally at a healthy weight. She’s done an amazing job learning how to relax and enjoy life indoors, but she will need a patient adopter who understands that transitions can be scary for shy cats. She may need a little time to adjust in a new home, but once she does, you’ll discover an incredibly loving companion underneath. Her ideal home would be a quiet, laid back environment, with no small children or high energy dogs. She has previously lived with other cats and done well, though she would also be perfectly content as a single kitty.

We know her perfect people are out there.

If interested in adopting Goose, please fill out an application through our website or contact her foster for more info.

Foster Contact
Email:
taffyrschneider@gmail.com
Phone: 5736801903

Please apply on our website: www.thewayhomerescue.org Follow us on IG for more info: @thewayhomerescue
