Gomez is a sweet, gentle boy estimated to be just over a year old. This handsome young kitty is curious, playful, and full of charm. He enjoys exploring his surroundings, chasing toys, and entertaining himself with a little “bird TV”—he especially loves watching (and pouncing at!) the lizards on screen.<br/><br/>When playtime winds down, Gomez is happiest curled up in his human’s lap for a cozy snuggle. He truly enjoys companionship and will gladly soak up all the affection you have to offer. He also appreciates a good meal and tasty snack, making treat time another favorite part of his day.<br/><br/>Gomez was found abandoned in November 2025 and has since been fully vetted. He has been triple tested for FIV, FeLV, and heartworm. Gomez is FIV positive, but he is healthy and does not require any special veterinary care beyond what is recommended for any other cat. He is FeLV and heartworm negative. Because he is friendly, gentle, and gets along well with other kitties, he poses no significant risk of transmitting FIV in a typical home environment.<br/><br/>With his loving nature and playful spirit, Gomez would make a wonderful addition to almost any family.
