Goldie's Story

Meet Goldie, a golden orangey tabby from head to toe. This little gem was born to a feral mom. Mom was spayed and released but Goldie made her way to Second Chance. Shiney as gold and more precious than metal our little Goldie is totally delightful.

Goldie is curious, very playful, and affectionate. Nothing slows this little one down. She wants to be in the know and to be everywhere. She will stop long enough for pets and kisses but then off for more exploration and play.

Goldie will need an active adopter, one who can match her activity level and enjoy lots of play time with her. Goldie has no fear and is one brave little girl! She is adorable and delightful.

For the safety of our kittens and for children, we do not adopt kittens under six months old to a home with children under the age of 6.

We believe that kittens are happiest when they have a feline friend so Goldie will need to be adopted with another kitten here or go to a home with an existing, playful cat.

Goldie has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Goldie has an approximate birthdate of 06/22/2025. Her adoption fee is $120.

If you are interested in any Goldie or any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.

Please note - we can only adopt to those who live within a one hour drive of Grand Rapids.
