Gnar's Story

From life on the streets to the comfort of a loving home, Gnar is slowly discovering just how good the indoor life can be. It's truly heart-melting to watch him relax and begin to enjoy gentle pets and cozy moments — something that once felt unfamiliar is now becoming his favorite part of the day.

Gnar is still a shy boy, but he's made wonderful progress. He's learned that cheek rubs are pretty amazing, and he happily leans in for head scritches, especially when treats or his favorite wet food dinner are involved. He loves toys and enjoys playful moments, especially when he's with his brother.

Gnar shares a special bond with his brother Ekko. The two are inseparable — playing together, keeping each other company, and communicating with the sweetest little trills. Ekko gives Gnar the emotional support he needs to feel safe and confident, so they must be adopted together.

Gnar may always be a bit shy and might not enjoy being picked up, but he shows his affection in his own gentle way — approaching for pets with a soft, hesitant trust that will continue to grow in the right home.
