Glow's Story

GLOW is one of 4 kittens we rescued off the streets of Phila. a month ago. An experienced trapper spent days helping us to get these kittens safe. If we had not trapped her and her sibs, they would be destined to a life on the streets forever. But with the amazing help of our trapper, we rescued GLOW and her 3 siblings. They are all safe in a temporary home, helping them to acclimate to being indoor cats. All sibs will also be posted. GLOW is only 4 months old and not yet spayed but she will be while in her foster care. Foster Mom says she is a lap cat. Very sweet. Loves people. Always ready to say Hi. Curious. social, friendly. She needs slow introduction and gentle handling. Great with other cats. Please contact Patti at patti@therescueexpress.org.

The Rescue Express's Adoption Policy
All potential foster families and adopters are required to fill out an application, both of which can be found on our website. Our foster families are our biggest resource, and the more foster families we add to our family, the more dogs we can save. Our foster families are required to provide a loving, healthy, temporary home for the dogs that we have pulled from shelters who have yet to find their forever families. The rescue covers all medical expenses while our dogs are in foster care. We also require our foster families to work with one of our trainers to address any behavioral problems that develop. This partnership with local trainers is essential to making our foster families' lives easier and raises each of our dogs' adoption potential. These trainers are dedicated to savin
