Glen Sheen

# Senior Sweetheart Seeking Soulmate

Meet **Glen Sheen — Glen for short**, our quiet, mysterious little ghost girl named after the beautiful Glensheen Mansion.

When Glen first arrived with us, she truly was a spooky little ghost. She would creep around corners and hide behind objects, always making sure she had a safe hiding spot where she could still keep an eye on you. And that's how she got her name — **Glen Sheen, our little ghost girl.**

But look at her now! Glen has come such a long way in the relatively short time she's been with us, and we couldn't be prouder of her.

She still prefers to observe from a safe distance, but these days, **she actually wants to be where you are.** You'll often find her perched somewhere up high, watching everything you're doing and keeping tabs on the household. She may not be ready to be touched just yet, but she absolutely wants to be included in the action.

Glen is a wonderful reminder of what **patience, time, and a safe environment** can do. The little ghost who once crept around corners and hid behind objects has blossomed into a curious, social girl who wants to be part of the family.

She does well with most other cats and has previously lived with both cats and dogs. And here's something really special about Glen — **she is absolutely crazy about dogs!** She has yet to meet a dog she doesn't like!

Glen is still building trust, so she's looking for someone who understands that love doesn't always happen overnight. She needs a patient person who will let her come out of her shell at her own pace and celebrate each little step along the way.

She may not be ready for pets just yet, but she'll happily watch you from her favorite high perch, keep you company, follow the household happenings, and slowly become more comfortable being part of your world.

If you're looking for the **long game of love — the quiet companionship that slowly blossoms over time** — Glen may be your perfect match.

She's already come so far. Now she's just waiting for someone willing to give her the time and patience to discover just how wonderful being loved can be.

**Could you be Glen's forever person?**

Please fill out an adoption application on our website (copy and paste):

https://forpetsmankato.square.site/

Scroll down to **"Adoption Application"** to complete and submit your application.

**OR**

Scroll down this page and click the **"VISIT OUR PROFILE"** button, which contains a direct link to our website and online Adoption Application.

We review applications carefully to ensure each of our cats and kittens is matched with the best possible forever home.

I especially like the **“long game of love”** theme for Glen—it fits her story beautifully while making it clear to potential adopters that she is progressing and becoming more social, even though she's not ready to be touched yet.
