🐾Meet Ginger Snap🐾 Ginger Snap is a 6-month-old Domestic Short hair. She is looking for her forever home! Ginger Snap is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, is FIV/FeLV negative, and is spayed. She's ready to go home! This poor girl has already been through so much in he short life! She was found as a stray by Union County Animal Control - Kentucky, where she was visibly limping on her left hind leg. X-rays revealed an irreparable break, and amputation was recommended. Since then, she's had her leg amputation surgery and has been recovering well! She is still unsure in our cat room but considering all she's been through its expected for her to need some time to adjust! Even still, she is very sweet and gentle. The Warrick Humane Society is a no-kill organization. Once an animal is rescued by WHS, it is saved for life. We will not release an animal to another organization that has a policy of euthanasia. In addition, we will only place animals with qualified prospective owners. We do not adopt out dogs or cats that will be kept outside. We only want loving indoor homes for our pets. We do thorough checks on all of our potential adopters before sending them to their fur-ever home. We also require that if you adopt a pet from us and are no longer able to keep it that it be returned to us, so that we can find it a new home.
