Ginger's Story
REQUIREMENTS - MUST be Indoor ONLY and Declawing is NOT Permitted. Applications will be reviewed for Chatham Kent, Windsor and Sarnia.

ESTIMATED YEAR OF BIRTH: 2024

When sweet little Ginger came to the rescue, she was pregnant and only six months old. Nevertheless, she was a wonderful mom who raised her babies with gentleness and love. She is tiny, soft, and incredibly sweet.

Now that Ginger is done being a mom, she has had her spay surgery and it is her turn to find her forever home and receive all the love she deserves. Free now to just be a cat and enjoy life, she is young enough still to have kittenish energy and playful charm. She loves chasing all of her toys, running around with her foster siblings, watching out the windows, and watching water from the sink.

She would love having another cat to be her brother or sister in her forever home. Currently, she has two feline foster brothers; she has so much fun running around and playing with them. She would also do well with any cat-savvy dog willing to give her space, as she currently lives with a large dog. She mostly ignores the dog, but will occasionally give him a little sniff in greeting. When the dog is being groomed by foster mom, Ginger alternates between nuzzling mom’s arm, and laying nearby purring away, simply loving life and being in the quiet company of her foster family.

Speaking of her purr, Ginger has a beautiful, harmonious purr. If ever her foster mom is looking for her, it’s merely a matter of listening for that purr—because Ginger is such a happy, affectionate girl, she starts purring the moment her foster mom is near! Ginger also nearly always comes when a hand is held out to her beckoning, ready for for pets and nuzzles! She is a squirmy wormy happy girl, who loves to nuzzle back whenever she is being pet, showing how happy and grateful she is for the attention.

Ginger has so much love to give and is ready to find her forever home. If you can give this gentle little girl the life of love and joy she deserves, she is here and ready for her forever family.

If you are ready to welcome Ginger into your home and give her the life she deserves, please submit the online adoption application here -
www.ckanimalrescue.com

Adoption Fee - $125
